The Declarant has specifically reserved a 40' by 22' parcel directly adjacent to Unit 7
of Building B (West Side) for development of one additional residential "A" type
unit to be developed at a date within five (5) years of the sale of the last Unit of the
original 26 Units. The convertible land is specifically described as follows:
As referenced on Condominium Site Plan. Beginning 89 feet N 80° 57'54"W and
thence turning 4 feet N 09° 40'46" E from the southeasterly corner of the premises
to the point of beginning located at the southwestern corner of condominium Unit 7,
continuing along said course N 09° 40'46" E 40 feet along the wall of said Unit #7
thence turning and running N 80° 57'54" E 22 feet to a point, then turning and
running S 09° 40'46" W 40 feet thence turning and running S 80° 57'54" E 22
feet to the point of the beginning.
This convertible Unit will be similar to all other "A" type Units except that
its vestibule and stairway will be wholly owned by said Unit 8 and not a limited common
area. At the option of the Declarant, the convertible Unit will be otherwise identical in
size to all other "A" type Units. This unit will be compatible with all other
units in terms of quality of construction, principal materials, and architectural style.
