WHEREAS, Royale Sands Development Corporation, a New Hampshire Corporation with its principal place of business located at 581 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton, County of Rockingham, State of New Hampshire and Christopher C. Cox, of 571 Winnacunnet Road, #5, Hampton, County of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire, president, director, and authorized agent of Royale Sands Development Corporation, acting on behalf of Royale Sands Development Corporation, which is the record owner of the lands and buildings to be described herein located in Hampton, County of Rockingham, and State of New Hampshire hereby declares his intent to submit the lands herein described and the improvements thereon to the condominium form of ownership and use in the manner provided by New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated, Chapter 356-B, Condominium Act. The owner shall henceforth be called "Declarant" for purposes of this Declaration, and said term shall apply to the owner, its or his successors, heirs and assigns. The name of the condominium hereby created shall be "ROYALE SANDS BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM" and it shall be located at 581 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton, County of Rockingham and State of New Hampshire.
