This section provides information about where to obtain various supplies & replacement items which are common to most all units within the development.

Central vacuum cleaner bags. The original central vacuum system is manufactured by NUTONE.  The Nutone model number for the replacement bags is 391 or Nutone Part Number 44186. These bags are readily available at Home Depot.

Remote control for the garage door operator. The original garage door operators were installed by Overhead Door Company of Portsmouth, NH. Replacement remote controls can be obtained by contacting Overhead Door Company.
